Bought an Env Contact and I used to be looking to see about firmware upgrades. Operating XP and telephone does not need to sync with computer. Bought a reminiscence card and started to tug and drop. Firmware is ver 5. No problems other than the sync problem. Thought about bitpim. Not a difficulty since drag and drop does the job. Pretty sure you may drag and drop you would not use bitpim for.
